SALES AND MARKETING MANAGER

Area: North Hertfordshire and Central Cambridge

Harriet Kelsall Jewellery Design Ltd is the UK’s leading bespoke jewellery design company based near Hitchin in Hertfordshire with a second retail outlet in central Cambridge. We specialise in commissioned work but have a range of ready to wear rings and a dress jewellery brand called Purple Label.

An exciting role has arisen for an experienced and very motivated person to join the team in this senior role focusing on maximising profits in the shops and online and managing and motivating a team of sales and marketing staff.

Applicants should:
- be able to demonstrate a successful career thus far in sales
- have a strong knowledge of retail skills, closing high value sales and display
- have an understanding of marketing campaigns
- be highly motivated and dynamic and be keen to help push the business forward
- be highly motivational towards the team
- have great people management skills
- be very customer focussed
- have an understanding of e-commerce and the internet in general
- have a genuine passion for jewellery

Salary: £30 – 35,000 pa depending upon experience.
