Branch Manager

Due to expansion Mallard jewellers have a challenging position for Branch Manager to head out new branch in Southend. The ideal candidate will be responsible for establishing our branch as a leading Jeweller and pawnbroker in the Southend area. He / she will also be responsible for the effective and smooth running of the Branch and its staff.

Main duties will be:

  • Maximise sales and minimise costs.
  • Lead and manage the team.
  • Achieving the company's goals and objectives
  • Implement standards, maintain and promote the company image, brand and services in line with our standards
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience.

You will:

  • Be an inspirational and be able to motivate and inspire a sales team.
  • Make sure exceptional store standards are achieved and maintained.
  • Have exceptional merchandising and display standards thus maximizing our stock sales potential.
  • Excellent communication skills, written, verbal and electronic coupled with outstanding people management skills.
  • Be flexible on working hours to meet the needs of the company.

The successful candidate will:

  • Have a proven track record and retail management experience is desired.
  • Have experience in selling, ideally in Jewellery and Pawnbroking industry.
  • Be a team player who is able to show and deliver excellent customer experience.

In return you will receive a very competitive package, (circa £30,000 circa) including a Pension, Private Healthcare and bonus
